**PARKING LIMIT:
During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
***CANCELLATION:
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 5% of the deposit. If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
