NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

A POOL SAFETY FENCE is available and must be requested before check-in.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45โ€“50ยฐF range. When temperatures drop below 45ยฐF, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45ยฐF, it can happen during the winter months. Thank you for your understanding.

We loved our stay! The property was very clean, convenient to the beach and things to do. The backyard is extremely nice and where we spent the most of our time. The house was also equipped with most anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Mike was very communicative and Jacob was amazing, ensuring we had what we needed and giving us recommendations on restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

The location was perfect. Outside spaces were private, comfortable and inviting for evening cocktails and entertainment. Pool was perfect temperature. All rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Our trip was absolutely wonderful! We can down to attend The Players and enjoyed a few extra days. The house was perfect! Had all the amenities anyone could think of! The beds were amazing and we loved the outside living area and pool! We couldnโ€™t ask for a better place!

Very nice property. House has everything that you need. Great kitchen. Pool and back porch are a perfect place to spend the days. Quick, easy walk to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Note that all of the beds have plush, luxury mattresses. If you don't like or can't sleep on a soft bed, then you may not like these. This is the 2nd Jacksonville property managed by Mike that we have rented, and I have no hesitation recommending either of them.

This is our second time staying at this property and itโ€™s feels like home away from home. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. They also made sure we had essential supplies for cooking and cleaning. Itโ€™s always a pleasure.

This house exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was so well stocked, putting green was a plus and my husband had his Tigerwoodโ€™s moment. We would love to make this a yearly vacation for us. Canโ€™t wait to stay again!

This place was amazing! The pool and outdoor living space was the groups favorite, but my favorite part was how comfortable the beds were!! Would recommend to anyone going to Jacksonville! Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas!

We were very close to Mayo Clinic and the beach. The house was Fabulous! Everything you could need, a beautiful fenced in back yard, great pool, would highly recommend! This is the 2nd property we have stayed at this year, excellent!

This is a great house with spacious interior and open concept with a private backyard and pool. House was clean and pleasant to stay in. Very close to the beach in Jax and centrally located to everything you'll need. The street is quiet and safe. You'll spend all your time in the kicthen which is wonderful or outside on the pool deck. The beach chairs are a nice touch. The beds are extra extra soft memory foam, so it you prefer something firmer - you may be uncomfortable. The living room furniture is not very comfy either and there is no place to lay down to watch TV. Would suggest that the owners purchase a bigger sectional sofa and recliner so that there is a comfortable place to sit/lay down in the living room. We would rent this house again as it worked well for our family!

We love everything about this house! Beautifully updated and an incredible back yard/ outdoor living area. Convenient location to shops, grocery and restaurants, yet on a quiet street. We used to live in Jax and have family still there. We booked our next stay here on our way home! Thankful itโ€™s pet friendly! Thankful for a great management company! You will not be disappointed.
