"Restaurant at the hotel is very good. They even offer room service if you need it. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Hotels architecture and lay out is so pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped get our bags to our cars because the parking garage was a block away. We didn’t mind as this hotel is downtown and parking is hard to come by. We stayed at a couple different hotels during our vacation and this one was our favorite. Definitely recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel is located right on the corner across from the basilica and plaza. The plaza is filled with great street food vendors. We stayed in the suite (room 16), which had a king-sized bed, siting area, wood fireplace, full bathroom downstairs, and loft accessible by a spiral staircase. The loft had a bathtub with large window with a great view. Be patient with the hot water. It will eventually go from warm to really hot! We never ran out of hot water, even when using the tub. There was also a couch and small office area in the loft. The staff was friendly and were able to help with advice, taxis, etc. We did eat in the restaurant. The food was decent. The star fruit salsa was amazing. The best part of the restaurant was the view! When we return to Pátzcuaro we will definitely stay at Hotel Posada La Basilica again! "

"No hay una manera de ver la entrada del hotel, falta de iluminación y un letrero que se pueda ver de ambas direcciones de la calle. De todos modos, súper excelente servicio. La propiedad está muy bonita, limpia, y bien mantenida. Muy rico el desayuno y todo el personal muy amable."
