"This place is just as advertised! Comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed that there were all the appliances and utensils we needed, including a measuring cup! We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. "Just to be honest, i wanted to cancel my trip due to a mass shooting in the area. But there were no considerations from VRBO for emergency cancelations: The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, the beds werent really comfortable but they were ok for a short stay. There were plenty of linens and towls available and it was nice to have laundry on the property. The bathroom was a small but the shower was nice. We used the property to unwind after our wedding ceremony and we used it before the wedding ceremony as the boys house before the wedding. we picked up fallen branches and made a fire and the owner left us a smore kit that was had by all. Highly recommend. This was our first VRBO experience."

"The house looks just like the photos. Everything was neat and clean and the property was perfect for our young children. They loved the bunk beds and playing in the pond and we even had a chance to play with the fireflies all around the yard on our last night.
