"We enjoyed our stay! Location was great! Only complaint was bunk bed room.. it was really hard to open and close doors, had to be done from the inside to open, as bunk beds block door. We had 11 year olds staying in there so it was okay, but just warning for those with younger children. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We have been visiting this area for many years and love the refreshing mountain life. The Phoenix cabin fit right into the landscape and offered the simple necessities with a touch of elegance. It for our group of ten comfortably (except for mealtime when we couldn’t all sit together) for the short time we were there. The kids enjoyed exploring the property and the nearby Ashe county park. "
