"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."
"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "

"This was one of my favorite places I visited this year , I was so please with everything. Property felt so well taken care of , amenities perfect! Love you can use the beach chairs from other properties. The location is spot on from restaurants and bars. Im coming back! Parking perfect! The island was affected by the storms and they done a excellent job! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
One of the highlights for us was that our two dogs were warmly welcomed. Finding a pet-friendly place that is also this clean and well-maintained is rare, and we truly appreciated it. The fenced yard and the peaceful surroundings made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation with our pups.
The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the first day.
We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway on Anna Maria Island!"

"AMI locals made the stay very accommodating . We arrived earlier than expected and the cleaning team was extremely friendly. The inspection team arrived promptly so we could enter home prior to 4:00, the home was as pictured and very comfortable. The outdoor entertainment area was where a good deal of time was spent after exploring the area. We would definitely recommend the home especially for large groups . "

"Location is great with walking distance to Bridge Street and easy access to Beach. Kitchen has everything you need with good quality stuff, beds are super comfortable. The only thing we wish is that someone would have called to let us know unit was ready at check in. We had wasted a few hours killing time just waiting and realized on own the unit was ready. "
