"Was a great stay, clean quiet and close to the lift."

"The staff made extra efforts to accommodate me since am a foreigner who cannot speak Korean. They provided a complimentary swimming pool ticket for 2 adults and a free table with two chairs at the pool. Pool and chairs cost extra so be prepared for that. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the resort is in a very scenic location. "

The additional fees to use amenities, things being closed without warning, no in-room control of the AC, and wait times for elevators made it a very good stay instead of an excellent stay. "
