"The hotel is located right across the Lotte mall which has all types of high end stores such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Rimowa and the Apple store. The staff cleans the room very well and there is a laundry room to wash clothes. The only issue we experienced was having to call the staff 3 times throughout the day just to get new towels, but overall they are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "The stay is superb, the bathroom band toilet is great. the house design also nice. Well It’s Itaewon. A party people around. So, if you’re in the bad luck your roommates might get drunk in the night and being loud. But so far I’m ok of it. Because trust me this is one of the my best favorite cheap accommodation in Korea."
