The Bridgeway Guesthouse was formerly my favorite place to stay in Jinja. Now, their system of reserving rooms is terrible -- I booked via this site and the Bridgeway did not recognize Orbitz and thus I had to pay again in person; I was put in a room that was not the one I booked, and a subsequent night I stayed, I was put into a different room. The next morning, I saw someone kicked out of their room so that other customers (equally dissatisfied with their original placement) could have his. They do not treat their customers with the respect deserved (they are very nice people, just not business savvy).

There was no water pressure at all, hardly an water came out of the tap or shower. There were no screens on the windows, many mosquitoes were in our room. The breakfast was good.
