"I did not like the fact that hard rock tries to sell you time shares during your stay. I also did not like that the two pools closet to our building were for timeshare owners or "legend" people. Despite paying top dollar i felt like a second class guest. There were not enough towels sometimes. The spa was nice. My massage therapist, Junior, helped me fully relax. Two suggestions, improve the sparkling wine options in the non-preferred section and make the beach towels available earlier than 9:30am. "
