"The staff made the stay exceptionally better. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. All the dining options were amazing. Chinola was my favorite restaurant with the best staff. The waterpark staff was also super amazing and made the stay even better. Definitely recommend checking out the excursions, the Scape Park was super fun and the staff made the experience an amazing time. "

"The staff was very friendly and professional. We loved the fact that there were different restaurants to choose to dine on property without having to leave property. We ate on my actual Birthday6/10/25 at the steakhouse and the staff was great and the food was magnificent also the staff came out with dessert and sang Happy Birthday, next day we ate at the Asian restaurant which was beautiful as well as the others and the food and staff were magnificent. Third day we ate at the Italian restaurant with wonderful staff. Those were actually the nights we dressed up and actually felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant. There were other wonderful restaurants on the property like the wood fire pizza, the burger grille spot and also the dessert/ ice cream and red velvet dessert spot. All of the staff were awesome and polite and I definitely recommend to stay here because it’s definitely a cut above the rest. We have been traveling for years around the world and we have stayed at Sandals, The Ritz Carlton and number of All inclusive resorts. This by far tops all. Our room was the Junior Luxury Suite King with ocean view. The staff was very helpful. There were several beautiful seating areas to lounge all around the Sanctuary. We loved it and would definitely recommend this beautiful and peaceful location."

"We were very pleased with our stay at this resort, now called Dreams Cap Cana. The staff were so friendly which made our visits to the pools, beach, restaurants and bars very comfortable. Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean. With the low number of guests, we often felt like we had the pools and beach to ourselves. We would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed in the Preferred club part of the resort and absolutely loved it! It was quiet and very clean. The service from the staff was the best we have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly and kind and very helpful. The food was amazing and the staff genuinely only cares about you having a great experience over anything else. I would recommend this resort over any other one in the area. Our concierge Luis was very friendly and helpful and he is largely another reason we would love to go back as soon as we can! "

"Our family vacation of forever memories almost ruined until we left this unsafe property, Apt 3202 at Sotogrande. The host, was very unresponsive through different platforms. The sliding glass door to enter the apartment from the backside did not lock, and was reported to the host right away. She finally responded that it had been like that for a long time. This was unsafe and unacceptable. She told me through email to find someone on the property of a certain name and get him to look at it. I could never find him. The jacuzzi did not work, and host said she would send someone the next day in which no one showed the whole day. She was informed again, and she replied again with sending someone the following day. The apartment was not beachfront as described, but ocean view. The toilets barely flushed. There was dangerous construction all around, with the ceiling in front of our apartment door falling and shattering pieces coming under the door. There were metal beams left hanging at head level. The pool near the beach was only 3/4 available, as it was under construction too. Much of the Sotogrande property this apartment is located in was under construction. The ceiling at the doorway in the master bedroom inside the apt had a leak and was caving in. Some of these could have been fixed promptly, but the host did not care. We ended up having to leave to another place to stay away from this property due to unsafe conditions, misleading descriptions, and an unresponsive host. "
