However, service and reception quality seem to have deteriorated over the years. On our last stay, we were not even able to use the room we had booked: The reception was closed when we arrived within the stated opening hours, I could find no keys, and no phone number could be reached. Aggressive behavior around my later request for a refund. So I will not be back."
