"Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were lovely and friendly and the room was good! Love the pool area and the property’s location as it’s close to everything. Only little problem we had was that the air conditioner wasn’t working very well in our room which we didn’t discover until we went to bed late at night after an event we attended. It still worked but just didn’t get very cold. "

"For a family of two adults and three big teenage boys the included breakfast (and or the hot breakfast included for $8-10 extra per person) was good. Some mornings they don’t offer a cooked breakfast though! The staff overall couldn’t have done more to help us. The room was great for the price and we all had plenty of space. The big boys loved the gym. We ended up staying an extra night and will stay again when in Townsville!"
