"One of the 2 elevators were broken. Difficult to get help from the front desk. No luggage carts. Rooms were quite dirty in corners and on the bathroom floor. sinks need fixing - poor drains. The transport was helpful to the hotel, but late."

"A friendly welcoming quiet place, close to airport but not to downtown Juneau. They do provide scheduled shuttles to town if they fit with your plans. Also pick up from airport. Bring hot breakfast to room. Our room was tiny. But if we came back we would gladly stay here again."
