"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. "Overall very good but pool was not open and gaming area was not functioning. Also tv service was not user friendly or English programing for guests. Be aware there's no shuttle service available to airport or shopping areas "

"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"I booked this property because of the laundry in room. The aesthetic is sterile and the bathroom is a glass enclosure in the room. I feel like no other review I read advised that the Seacloud and the Kolon Seacloud are actually the same building along with another hotel so the elevator situation is the same for all 3 of these properties and should guests should be made aware of that because the Kolon is on the 4th floor and the Seacloud is on the 6th. You must take the elevator up to the lobby....

"The Jeju Bom property is absolutely stunning.The view of mandarin trees, the on site art installations and museum tour make for a memorable experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower( good pressure) are separated by frosted glass enclosures.Uniquely designed room with an awesome view make for a great visit to Seogwipo-si. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
