"The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kamui as a couple. We rented the one bedroom apartment condo with kitchen, the room is very spacious and we were able to relax in the living room after snowboarding. The condo is 2-3 mins drive to Annupuri and 15-20 mins to Hirafu. Will definitely come back again in the future!"

"Our stay at Bliss was nothing short of spectacular, the staff there are INCREDIBLY kind and caring. You really feel like you are being hosted by family when you stay here. Nice stay

"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."

"This resort delivered in everything I expected. It has the outdoor onsen view, excellent room, and the delicious meals. I really loved the breakfast, because I felt all of the dishes worth eating were delivered well, and they weren't overwhelming or gimicky. Just good ol' Japanese and Japanese-Western dishes. I didn't like the dinner because I felt a lot of them were kind of gimicky. I was a bit disappointed that none of them felt like they were representative of Hokkaido dishes though."

"I only stayed for 1 night and wish I booked longer! The staff was very kind and understanding when we arrived late to check-in. The property was nicely maintained, all public areas new and clean, and the public bath amazing! We slept soundly in comfortable beds and enjoyed a spacious and clean bathroom. 10/10!"
