"This is a lovely quiet and cool place to stay. The staff gave us a warm welcome and helped with our bags as well. Their breakfast was fantastic, with fresh hot and cold food in the huge dining area. Our room was a timber resort style, very clean, with modern bathroom and a small second bedroom, so plenty of space, and great views. The grounds and exterior need a little bit of TLC, probably weather dependant. The highway has moved, so you have to search for the exit onto the old road."

"No AC (which is fine) and no screens on the windows (which are needed). I slept with bug spray on and still got bitten. Not very clean (mold smell is fairly prominent in halls, broken-down bathroom, but great location for proximity to Sümela Monastery. Fine for one night if not staying long. Wi-Fi didn't work well on laptop, not at all on phones."

"Small modern hotel at the top of a mountain amidst nature with nice well equipped rooms and bathrooms. Good traditional turkish breakfast with a reasonable variety of hot and cold items. Friendly hospitable staff. The kids enjoyed the outdoors despite the limitation in terms of lack of a playground..but we liked the outdoor fire place and stunning mountain views..the elevator takes you to first floor only..but hotel employees will gladly assist you in taking your luggage to the second floor....

"I only spent 1 day in at the hotel and it was siimply amazing. I haven't slept so well in ages. The beds are so comfy and room super clean. At check-in & check-out Sefa was amazing and very sweet. I was even given a free upgrade. The location cannot be better - right at the city centre near all services and all the shops. I loved it!"
