"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"従業員の方のサービスは非常に良かったです。バイキングも値段を考えれば種類も多く、地域の郷土料理に近いものはおいしかったです。 本館に泊まりましたが、設備が古く機能はしていても、扉の軋みや重みが激しかったり、隣の部屋の声がまる聞こえだったり、空調の強弱がコントロールしにくかったり、相当ストレスを感じました。また、何の臭いかはわかりませんが、部屋は独特の臭いがしました。 交通手段は湯快リゾートの無料送迎バスに限られ、レンタカーが無いと行動は制限されます。特に、チェックアウトの日は乗りたかった送迎バスが満席で、タクシーも捕まらず、相当早く駅に到着する路線バスで移動せざるを得ず、また、路線バスも一番近いバス停の路線は本数が少なく、大人だけならまだしも、子供連れには絶望的な立地です。 行った日はお湯も温度が低く、入っている人のマナーも、騒いだり、ある場所を占領したり、余り良くなかったです。 従業員の方のサービスは非常に良いだけにこのハードウエアのマイナスは相当残念です。"
