Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. "You simply cannot beat this location. The view from this unit is stunning, parking is convenient and the walk to town is very easy. The kitchen is reasonably updated and the flooring is nice throughout the unit. It's a shame the windows/sliding door/lanai are so filthy, and the furniture in the main bedroom is so poor, as this really does distract from the unit. "
