When I checked in, my room was not ready. I was sent to an upgraded room, which I was so pleased with how they handle the issues. I like their pool and quiet environment. Great experience and will come back if I am visiting Kona again

Kona Coast Resort
It had great service. When asked for some coffee, they were really prompt. The concierge we talked with, gave her number to us and responded in a timely manner when asked about different activities to do.

Holua Resort
We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Bed was lovely. Staff service was good! What was not so good is the unit needs a remodel. Cabinets are very worn. Curtains were torn in places. But there was a card in the unit that said a complete remodel is happening ...

Castle Kanaloa at Kona
Stayed in 2303. Great view of Ocean and beautiful apartment. Pool and hot tub good. Not a bad drive back to Kona for activities and quiet at apartment. Swam at Kahalu’u both days which is fantastic to see fish and turtles

Big Island Retreat
We had a WONDERFUL stay, rooms were comfortable and super clean!! You cannot see the ocean from the surfer room, but there is a wonderful outdoor kitchen/Lanai just up the stairs where we could see a mildly obstructed view of the ocean. We will def be back!
