"Overall, OK! Faaaar from city but they have a great team that offers excellent transfers and transportation to airport, city station and closest towns. If you’re traveling with little kids/babies in winter DO NOT STAY, there’s no heater system in rooms so it’s really cold and makes the stay uncomfortable for all the family! "Like everything in Japan, I suppose, it (room/whole property) was clean and exquisitely maintained. The staff was attentive, friendly and over the top courteous. Very relaxing location. It is a long walk from the train station at Kashiwanoha Campus(20 min), but I came to actually enjoy this walk. Breakfast was peaceful and enjoyable. Somehow, everything just tastes better there. Had doubts because of the distance at first, but came to be very happy with my choice. Would choose it again....

"I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk. The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate. Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend. "
