It has its share of bars back quite some way behind the beach. All manner of food is available. I wouldn't order spaghetti pesto again - but it wasn't an Italian restaurant of which there are at least two. Otherwise, food excellent.
Great location for families looking for a more relaxed and quiet place to holiday.
There is a beautiful restaurant called Romsai. Do not be deceived by its shabby exterior. It's a little gem with amazing Thai food at a great price with an amazing view!
Shuttle from hotel goes to Pa Tong, not Kamala. Pa Tong was terrible.
The southern end of the beach needs a cleanup
