"My second stay within the week at this hotel was much improved. No issue with my reserved room and I was able to pre-select a preferred artist room. These rooms are not only original and artistic, but also more renovated. The view of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji was lovely. Quite a different experience staying in these rooms. What’s more distinct was the services - the staff came across friendly and professional. Also enjoyed the welcome drinks at the bar which I missed the first time due to time...
