"Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. I tried three times with no reply. My advice is to download the Grab app (I read they took over Uber here) then use it with...

"Apartment close to town and airport. Aircon and water heater works really well. Alot of convenience stores under the apartment. Carpark a little confusing but got used to it after awhile. Communication with the property was hard initially(regarding check-in) but realised that could reach them through Whatsapp for faster replies. Would stay here again if I come to Sabah next time."
