"Had a good stay here, the hotel is nice and the staff friendly, however needs a bit of upgrading. A couple of things in the room were not up to standard (plug socket not working, no kettle). Also breakfast is extra (20 CHF I think) I know it is becoming common for hotels to charge for breakfast, but it should be included. "
