"宿泊はある程度まとまって部屋は綺麗だしお風呂も新しく凄く良かったが、浴室でお風呂に入りながらスマートフォンを操作している客がいたのでフロントへ問題ないかと確認したところフロントの答えが問題ないとの事でした 私が今まで行ったホテルや旅館は浴室でのスマートフォンの使用は禁止されていましたが、ここのホテルは問題ないそうです 全身裸で体を洗いお風呂に浸かってリラックスしているところに、盗撮をしてないかも知れないけど決して良い感じはなかったです もしかして浴室が新しくなり決まり事ができないのかもしれません 皆さんお気をつけてください"

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. "チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"
