"Overall we enjoy the stay very much. We used the sauna and pool which are in great conditions. The room is very large and has all necessary things. The only problem was the parking. There weren't enough places and people parked on the electrical chargers so we couldn't use them"

Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. The location is spectacular: a quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, within walking distance of a grocery store, bank, bakery, and restaurants. It is in a central location for hiking, swimming, etc. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with very possible thing you could ever need. We would give 15 stars if we could! Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). The balcony is lovely in the morning for breakfast amd the garden is great for drinks and lazing around. Swimming in the lake is great! The only down side was the neighbours macross the road making a noise."

"A great little property set in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. It has everything you might need to self cater and was very clean. The floorboards creak (a lot) and even when you make the slightest movement in bed so maybe limits the full romantic experience 🤔"

"Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"

The kitchen is small and the bedroom very tight but all very serviceable. Host helpful and friendly. Organised passes for us, but not on site. lovely apartment and village near freiburg

"The apartment was lovely with gorgeous views of the valley and a nice balcony. The dimensions of the rooms were perfect and well laid out. Our host Gudrun was very kind and laid back in a positive way. We were late arriving due to train delays and perhaps a bit frazzled and it was so nice to interact with someone cheerful and relaxed. We were originally looking to stay more centrally in Freiburg proper but most places don't have parking included so we opted to be out of town and I'm so glad we did. Our dates were in late November. Often there were blue skies in the village but down in Freiburg and neighbouring Alsace region it was cloud and or fog all day. I don't mind grey days in moderation but it was so nice to have those blue skies. There are well marked hiking trails for all fitness levels in and around the village as well as two great restaurants a short walk from the apartment. We highly recommend this VRBO"
