"The view was A+ The outside needs a major tidy up, and could do with safety rails for stairs The rats like to talk about 3am, turning on TV helps them shut up The girls all seen a ghost, on all 3 nights, they were justing saying hi, house could do with a sage. Would recommend for a younger family as stairs are dangerous."

"We had 3 days away wish that we’d booked a few more nights. The views are spectacular the scenery is ever changing. A great place to chill the balcony is a sun trap we sat out there with a book enjoying the sun. We were fortunate that we were able to bring our dog with us ,the beach was doggie paradise for him We highly recommend this place close to Dunedin along with many other places to explore. We will certainly be back An added bonus was waking up to hearing the waves and the birds...

"Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean."

"We booked the house for my birthday. My plan was to relax and have some quality time with family and our two dogs. The location is spectacular and the house was warm, clean and very thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were great, from stove to coffee machine. The one and only disappointment was the tv, but who needs a tv being in such a beautiful spot! A huge bonus point I want to give for friendliness, responsiveness and great communication with the owner/manager! Well done! We’ll be back!"
