"Location of this hotel was great. However, it was most likely updated in the late 80ties and upkeep and cleanliness are poor. There is no AC. But it was comfortable enough without it. Breakfast was included continental style. For the price and location I say it was worth it."

"Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. "The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 min away from the center. However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. The pool was quite far though and it was inconvenient. The water in the whirlpool was not hot enough, so we only visited twice during our 6 day stay. Breakfast food was great and abundant. There was a way to take an elevator to one of the colonnades, but if you don't figure it out you would have to hike up the hill . I think next time I would pick something more conveniently located to the center. I was also dismayed by the amount of russian tourists in the hotel. I thought the visas were not granted during the conflict."

"The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use. However, the location is great and overall property condition is good, a bit old but definitely good maintained."
