"Check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean. There was a loose board on the door frame and just minor wear and tear in the room. Only one wash cloth. No bathmat. Out of shampoo. Hot tub was not hot. Did not look around to see if there was a control on the wall or anything though. Breakfast was hot. ..."
