"This Hotel was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to the Sky tree and the subway station was near by too. There were plenty of places to eat around it. The hotel was super clean, friendly staff and comfortable stay. The shuttle to the airport is a plus. "

"This is a very practical, great hotel close to major train stations and Ginza. The price was reasonable and service professional-missing the warmth of the smaller ryokans, but efficient and clean. There is a laundry room which was convenient, and when I left a dress accidentally, they shipped it to my next hotel for me. Would definitely stay there again."

"My family and I absolutely loved staying here. We selected the room that stated was “good for families” and it really was. With 4 American-sized twin beds we found the room to still be spacious. We liked that the toilet was separate from the shower area. There were plenty of outlets for all of our needs. The temperature was easy to control. We liked the reusable slippers and provided pajamas! The one and only downside was the lack of a dresser. There was a low shelf below the clothes rod so we made it work. We also loved how close we were to train stations, with a Family Mart right across the street. We also liked how quiet the area is and yet a block away you have your pick of restaurants. My family and I would highly recommend this hotel. "
