"The public dorm rooms are actually really nice, offering a small kitchenette to cook for yourself and whichever friends from around the world you may meet. The Santoku is a little grocery store that's literally adjacent to the building, and everything else is actually within a good distance for walking too. I would come back in a heartbeat. "

"I Love this area and will come back to stay at Minn Nishikasai hotel. The hotel is equip with stove, refrigerator, nice essential oils shower gel and also shampoo and conditioner. 7-11 is 2 mins, Lawson store 2mins, Nishikasai metro 5 min easy walk and i have back problems. There are lots of small restaurants everywhere. The stadf is very courtesies and polite and helpful. You can check in on a ipad and communicate through the ipad easily as well. Checkout is quick with QR code.."

"The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but itā€™s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that...

"This property was lovely. Great room with plenty of storage to 2 suitcases and all our souvenirs. We had a bit of trouble working out the shower and bath setup. Everything else was beyond our expectations. Great views of the river & Skytree. Luggage storage was very secure. And they called a taxi for us to head off which arrived quickly."

"We stayed here for two nights, and it turned out to be a great last-minute find that fit our budget perfectly. The hotel is spacious, and the shower and bathtub combo was definitely my favorite feature. The property doesnā€™t have a front desk, so check-in and checkout are done via tablet, which made communication a bit challenging. The couch in the room didnā€™t seem very clean, but the room itself had everything we needed, from slippers and towels to a kitchen with a fridge for storing snacks....

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ā˜† I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"My partner and I loved our 11 day stay here. It is only a 7 minute walk from the Tamachi station. If you need extra towels for your stay, you can either wash them or go downstairs in the back for more. The check in & check out process was smooth. The bed was so comfortable and we loved how quiet the room was, despite it being on a busy street. The only thing that gave us issues was the WiFi (we were unable to connect). Thank you Seaside Tamachi! šŸ˜Š"

Only issue was there was a roach found in the restroom which when communicated with staff was dealt with. Other then that the place was clean and everything worked well.
