There's a lot of hotels in Gdansk, the spa is one of the few features which sets this one apart, and is all over the photos and information on the listing. What's not clear is that the standard rooms incur an additional charge of 90zloty per person per day to use the spa! "Hotel was very good but due to Independence Day it was extremely busy and had to queue for breakfast as was the pool. The sauna,steam room and jacuzzi had young children going in and out unsupervised which was possibly due to them being on holiday."

"The only thing I did not like about this stay was hearing my upstairs neighbors walking around and using the bathroom. The hotel was so unique. I would definitely stay here again and just ask for the top floor."

"A clean, modern hotel with a lovely pool and gym area. The room was very quiet and housekeeping were respectful and quiet and didn’t disturb us, but still looked after our room. We appreciated the robes and slippers and easy lift access to the pool area without having to walk through the reception area. Great bikes to hire from the hotel. Easily walkable into the old town. We used the airport taxi and the hotel arranged one for our return. Be aware the roads into Gdańsk early morning rush hour...

"Such a lovely place! In a heart of old city, very beautiful building. Best option for “pedestrian” vacation (as parking seems a bit struggle) as everything - from grocery stores to fine dining, museums etc in 10 minutes walk distance. Staff are real superheroes, always willing to do extra mile. Kudos to receptionists who always willing to help even in the middle of the night. Restaurant looks nice unfortunately I had no time to dine or lunch in there, only breakfast- which as good as simple...
