"After reading guest reviews on your web site, I selected this hotel but found totally opposite. The room provided to satay me had no tube light, no telephone connection, fan worked only at 5 speed level and water coming from tap was reddish and dirty. There was no drinking water supply in the room. After complaining for the same I requested the Hotel Staff (front office) to change the room, they ignored and said will do tomorrow and tomorrow never came and ultimately I had to stay in that...

"I initially booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 8. You might find something that looks similar and is a few dollars cheaper but I didn’t even go hunting once I found that Jay Suites had an elevator, powerful AC with a simple on-off controller, a good bed, excellent shower with unlimited hot water, an in-room fridge with 2 free 1 litre bottles of water daily, and a better than average breakfast for about $5.
