5/5 Excellent
"An incredible experience from the moment you enter. The welcome greetings and experience with the entire staff is amazing. They are incredibly welcoming and genuine.
The rooms are very traditional Japanese and are gorgeous. The food is excellent and the service of the food is really unique and incredible with dinners in your room.
Thank you to the entire team for the special visit."

3/5 Okay
"The hotel is pas its prime and needs either a major renovation or a sunset. Too many things are falling apart or feel abandoned."
