The views were incredible, the food amazing and the staff was very helpful pointing out the laundry facilities and a pedestrian walking path nearby. "The property is a delight. The manager, speaks excellent English, and his wife were both so friendly and helpful. The property is in a quiet location near beautiful Sotorua Beach. It is so calm and relaxing. Shimoda is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 30 minute work. There is only one restaurant within easy walking distance and it is excellent. "Staff and food were excellent. Property is old and needs upgrading. It rained overnight while we were there and the hotel leaked in corridors. Water everywhere in corridors and the stairs between floors. Rooms acceptable but not as clean as they should be.
