"They advertised a restaurant and they permanently closed it over a year ago. That was one of the reasons we booked it. They put us in a room where the view was of a dirt pile. They said it was because the other end of the hotel was noisy from semi trucks going by. We do not recommend this property. "

"Nice quiet spot to spend the night. Rooms only have a bed and minium space. But, the main building has all the comforts of home. Refrigerator, restroons, fireplace, books, guitar piano. Very comfortable. Also outdoor firepit. Serve yourself arrangment. An envelope with my name was posted on the door. Key was in the door ready for me. Includes a patking spot infront of your cabin. 3 miles from Seward."

"If you’re headed to Seward this is the absolute best place to stay. I am absolutely in love with this quiet remote place. It is nicely tucked away in the middle of the woods. The owner Gary is usually in the office when you enter. He is warm, informative and extremely pleasant to deal with. He had two assistants that were equally as pleasant and helpful. The cabins were well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The place was safe, well kept and just a dream get away for anyone...
