"Staff at best western were very nice , patrick was extremely helpfull with us, nothing was a problem. Rooms were very good we got a upgrade to a suite due to our 1st room air con not working properly. Hotel is a bit tired air con would not go any lower in our upgraded room than 21degrees. 1st room was 23 degrees.. air con should go down as low as 18degrees. Shower cubicle leaked a little bit , but had been recently been sealed with silicone roughly..All staff were fantastic.food very good for breakfast. Close to center and some restaurants.ok for walking around but not after 9pm. Never saw any problems and always got a uber home. Also Uber price one way from joma kenyatta airport is around 1000ks... £7"

The hotel is very clean and the staff were extremely friendly for our short stay. The price for the room was a bit cheaper than the other nearby hotels but just as luxurious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "
