"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"The property wasn't very clean and had the personal effects of the home owner in piles on the various patios. There was a pool slide that didn't seem safe to use near the pool with wasps living in and the pool wasn't very clean. There was no drinking water provided. The fridge was not plugged in or cold. There was a dog on the property that was not listed in the description. I tried to receive pictures of the additional bedrooms from the host for months before hand but she never sent them and...

"We had a wonderful time! The cottage is close to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and a short Tuk Tuk ride to some great local restaurants and an ample supermarket! It was everything I anticipated! The bed was super comfy, and nice to have air conditioning overnight! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and pans etc. Everyone on the little compound were so helpful, and offered additional support, advice and recommendations! I look forward to returning! "
