"The resort was beautiful and very tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend for those not wanting to be in the super busy areas. Only downside is the time to get to/from the resort due to traffic around Bali. "

"Everything was amazing at Blue Karma, the bed so is comfortable, the staff is so helpful, and the food was so delicious. Their free shuttle to Seminyak squar and thr beach was a nice bonus, and there are lots of nice returants close by. Grab was easy to get, but honestly, we could have spent our entire time amd Blue Karma and not feel like we missed anything. "

"When we arrived, our bed was stained. Our pillows were stained. Our towels were dirty. Our AC was leaking or outside bed was also stained. I called the reception to let them know about our issues and there was only a security guard working and he did the best he could, which was leave a note for the staff tomorrow. There was a lot of mosquitoes and they didn’t have the light in that kills them all and we had to use the plug-in ones which didn’t work. "

"The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us."

"We loved this place. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff are very friendly, the food was fresh and tasty. The gardens were vibrant and full of colour. There aren't to many places to shop within walking distance however there are a lot of different restaurants to choose from with a huge amount of different cuisines. We found it very safe walking around the area during day or night. If you're looking for a great relaxing place to unwind without the hustle and bustle i would strongly recommend this place."

"We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is slightly out of the way. It IS close to restaurants (some really great ones - something that this area has over the main Seminyak areas in a big way) BUT you can’t walk from the villa safely as there are no footpaths, very dirty open drains and lots of motorcycle traffic (it is Bali, after all). We didn’t mind and just took very cheap Gojek cars everywhere (we noted a lot of tourists in the area rented scooters to get about…terrifying and not for us!). We would absolutely recommend this villa. We had an idyllic holiday! "

"The villa was amazing!! The 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a private pool was first class! Breakfast was amazing! Staff attentive, available, and professional! There's absolutely nothing negative. I definitely recommend it and that's where I'll return too."
