"Noisey with a lot of crying children near the garden delux rooms, the kids zone was closed due to maintenance which was frustrating since travelling with younger children. Seen a child vomit in garden bed and watch staff throw a bucket of water over it. Gross. Sadly I don’t think we will return after staying there half a dozen times in the past. "

"Our stay far exceeded expectations wrt service (butlers, restaurant and spa staff), food quality, restaurant and overall ambiance. We loved our 5 night stay in a Butler Valley Pool Villa, which was very relaxing. The afternoon rain storms were fantastic! We had several treatments at the spa and three private yoga classes, which were all excellent. The spa location and setting are sublime and fantastic!
