"From the moment we arrived at The Conrad we were welcomed as valued guests by all the staff! With a refreshing beverage in hand and a cool Balinese breeze through the open lobby, reception was friendly and speedy. The bell desk was swift to anticipate our needs for luggage storage and transport. We entered our cool, clean spacious room to relax on our balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean, central pool and grounds. Selamat pagi! was the lovely greeting the next morning at the breakfast buffet which was extensive and delicious. We especially loved enjoying our meal outside under an elevated palapa. Sitting poolside later we commented to ourselves how attentive and hard-working the pool attendants were to the guests. One of the servers from the pool bar/grill recognized my husband from our visit 2 years prior! This connection made us feel like family. We also enjoyed the Conrad's location on Jalan Pratama for it's walkability to eateries, casual shopping and spas. Our grandchildren fed the koi, played at the Kid's Club and built sandcastles poolside. One of our family members was celebrating a birthday as the 8 of us dined at 8 Degrees South one evening. The restaurant prepared a special dessert for her and sang as well! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Well done and cheers to The Conrad Bali staff!"

"We needed a place to unwind at the end of our hectic trip, and Grand Hyatt was just right. Reasonably priced 5-star resort, a bit dated but well maintained. Lovely quiet beach. Large and beautiful grounds."

"I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone! "

"An old establishment with beautiful regional architectures! Even the room shows minor age from the time, I personally still prefer local flare than ultra modern hotels. One thing of disappointment was the water quality of the beach. I preferred not to step into ocean in front of the hotel! But the pool was fantastic!"

"The property is well placed on a beautiful beach with excellent amenities for kids. The place is also accessible by taxi services. It has few options for dining but we found that the vegetarian options were limited. Our room had excellent sea view with a big balcony. Some light and door fittings need to be fixed but there were very minor. "

"We always enjoy staying at Kuta Paradiso, the pool view room on the 5th floor is very nice. The room is very comfortable and the hotel staff always very friendly. The food and room service great. "
