Walking from the property, you will reach the River Greta in just 2 minutes, 175 yards, where you can either cross at the river to reach Fitz Park which offers a great area to exercise your four-legged friends. Continue along the riverside and in just 5 minutes, 500 yards, you will hit the bustling town centre which is brimming with great restaurants, pubs serving local craft ales, an excellent range of shopping experiences and some memorable tourist attractions. If you want family fun then visit The Derwent Pencil Museum, home to the world’s largest pencil, ¾ mile away, or visit Puzzling Place which is full of mind-boggling optical illusions, ½ mile away.
