"This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish....

"Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...

"Was surprised how very near the main road it was and the parking spot was rather awkward. The ad makes it look rather village-y where in fact it is really urban. That said, it is a lovely house, well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Very near everything you need."
