"I experienced some minor glitches which was resolved and I would like to stay here again on my next visit. The room, especially bathroom was very clean, air conditioning was in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. I am unsure though why they have stopped supplying the little 2-pack biscuits to go with your tea or coffee and glad I didn’t have the kids with me cos they love it🤔. The reception staff were polite, professional, friendly and helpful.👍 Complimentary cookie and ice cream was nice, thank you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫"

"The location is great 7 min walk from main area in town. Staff were outstanding really went out there way several times to accommodate my needs. Libby in reception is a credit to you company and really was there for anything I asked for or needed assistance with. Haven’t got any issues about staying here again."

"Stayed alone as family member was in hospital overnight nearby. Felt very safe and all colleagues were helpful and understanding of my uncertainty with some aspects of my stay. Beautifully appointed room, everything you need without having to ask. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for such a high end hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Leicester. And such close proximity to Leicester Rugby Stadium for any rugby fans. "
