"EVERYTHING about the hotel was amazing. It’s more so the guest my problem was with. Too much of a demographic who just dirty everything & leave stuff laying around. Luckily their amazing cleaning staff works here to mitigate that problem. If you’re American it’s great for walking street, but it isn’t the Soi 6 walking street so don’t be confused like me. But I think single Americans should book a hotel closer to Soi 6, thank me later. Everybody else this hotel is great for the price & everything...

"No sign and good luck finding it, number listed on the posting no one knows who’s number it is, Staff are Rude and can’t speak English! Room looks nothing like the pictures posted, under renovations apparently, no elevator so good luck if your on the 3rd floor and up. Hot water doesn’t work in the room, no WiFi and no Pool which means pretty much everything on the listing is FALSE! Very unhappy and will definitely not recommend anyone staying here! "

"The hotel is amazing. So much work has gone into the rooms making them so different to normal hotels. It can be noisy because it’s above its nightclub. I booked a week and loved it but I ended up staying for three weeks. Pretty much sums it up. I had a small accident during my stay and the staff went out their way to help me and ask every day if I was ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel Staff are excellent Only issue is the shower design. Shower is in the tub and even at 5' 10" it's a challenge to get in and out because it's so high. My wife is 5 feet so you can imagine. Add to the water spillage"

"Bathroom items not labeled. Didnt know what was shampoo or conditioner. Water leaks from shower into bathroom because no door. Breakfast is only average. Include pastries and coffee machine for latte options. "

"I can't write a bad review as my stay at the hotel was brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room service was very good. The house keepers cleaned room everyday with fresh linnen, toiletries were topped. Transport was easy to get eg taxis from hotel didnt have to wait long at all. I did eat the hotel food which was nice. The swimming pool area was clean and tidy. Overall very nice hotel to stay. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 "
