"I love The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. It was my 10th time staying at this property. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they are always in a great mood. The hotel has an amazing gym and the 24 hour room service food is excellent. The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and the newly built beach walkway/sidewalk. Just an excellent experience overall. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a beautiful room at the back of the property, but I can imagine that the rooms at the front might be a bit noisy at night with bars nearby. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with food for all tastes, including freshly made omelettes. The hotel staff is accommodating and very friendly. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, but we found the ground-floor one to be the best, with great cocktails and a happy hour deal between 2 and 4 PM."

"Very noisy when your room is facing all the bars.. the pool area is at ground level, not very relaxing as buses and cars are driving by. "

"Good hotel! Will come again. Large rooms and in quieter part of Pattaya. One small concern was after staying for 10 days I asked for a late check out and they only gave me 30 minutes extra or pay an extra half room charge for 1 hour late check out I requested. A little off putting. But I will be back. PS: cleaning crew ladies were the sweetest and very nice. "

"A great find. A newer hotel that’s well maintained with great friendly staff. Front desk really welcoming and room cleaners very diligent and friendly. Beds are super soft and luxurious. Located in a quiet area, very convent to Marina Mall and beach. "
