"Very clean, excellent condition rooms and bedding, good breakfast spread. The location is very central for major city attractions. Best of all, service from bell desk, front desk (Mahipal), coffee shop (Rizwan and Vipin) and housekeeping (Satya) were all fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something nice, secure and functional in Jaipur and don’t need “fancy” or opulent."

"Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. "We had a fabulous couple of days at the Palace. Akashdeep was absolutely amazing as were the rest of the staff. Very attentive, helpful and a very personalised experience. We will definitely be coming back to see and hear the beautiful peacocks in the morning over breakfast. Also to listen to the harmonious bansari ( Indian flute) in the morning and the cultural and classical performances in the evening. An absolute amazing experience staying in one of the most beautiful palaces in the pink city. ! "
