Enjoy this recently renovated level family home. 1 step up to the front door and that's it, no stair cases!
Entertaining areas front and back and garage converted to a games room, guests have options on how they choose to spend their time at our property.
This hill top house has great ocean views from the lounge, front porch and games room.
Summer's are kept cool with the lovely Kiama Breeze and Winter sun keeps it warm with it's North facing location.
A large size master has a King bed with plenty of room to have a cot either side of the bed. It also has an attached ensuite with toilet and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (single over double) and and additional single slides out from under the bottom bunk.
Main bath has a large tub, toilet and shower.
All linens and towels are provided.
BBQ and fully equipped kitchen (Oven, microwave and slow cooker) are provided with many baking apparatus.
Wifi and smart TV are provided. There are plenty of options in the gaming room to everyone entertained with out a screen.
Kiama is an amazing place - vibrant and alive through the Summer's and quiet and peaceful through the Winter's. The beaches, Cafe's, restaurant's and Pubs are all great and worth a visit!

Hillside Retreat
Exceptionally tidy and well presented property. Corner block with one side street a main thoroughfare. No issues with traffic noise despite this. Driveway is quite steep and can be tricky to navigate. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Perfect for the family
We had a fantastic stay at Kiama Breeze. It was perfectly located for us as we were attending a wedding nearby. We traveled with our little one & my parents & had plenty of space for us all. Brilliant views & a great games room. We only wish we had more time to enjoy it all. We would definitely look at returning again in the future for a longer family holiday to enjoy all that the house & Kiama has to offer.

Perfect Getaway in Kiama
I rented this property for the Easter weekend for friends, family and I to stay at, and I would highly recommend this place. For the price during this season, it was an amazing find. The bedrooms were clean and the space was very modern and made you feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The games room was a hit especially for the kids who stayed in there for hours playing pool and ping pong. We were also provided with a bunch of beach equipment we could use including chairs and tents. The house is situated on top of a hill outlooking the ocean, and so during sunsets and sunrises, you would have an amazing view of the horizon. The house is also in close proximity to many beaches and the town centre. Ryan is also a very friendly and hospitable host, and he would respond to my calls and messages when needed. I would highly recommend Ryan and his Kiama beach house.
