"We loved staying at this property, which was steps to the beach and also a short walk to Night Heron Park (with the Nest - a great spot to grab a quick bite and snacks/pantry essentials) as well as the Sanctuary. The condo was well-stocked and clean, and we enjoyed the beach view from the side porch! Only issue was not being able to use one of the bikes as the tires were flat and the pump in the condo didn’t fit properly. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Monique was very responsive and we felt well taken care of! "

"We have been coming to Kiawah for 20+ years. What a treat to be able to stay in this home. It sits right on the beach with it's own boardwalk, most house of this quality and size are not available to rent. You can tell this is a family home that has been well loved. and boy is this beauty is well built!!! We road out a tropical storm and the house barely budged!! This is the most prestigious street on Kiawah and the property owners are easy to work with. We will definitely be renting this house again!!"

"Arrival was great. Found where to check in and went to the villa. Not sure what to expect and found that the room was terrific. It was a two bed two bath unit and it looked freshly made over. The kitchen was sparkling clean. The deck out back was screened in to keep the pests at bay. There were tennis courts out back but they were only busy for a couple of hours in the morning. Had a very relaxing stay and instead of heading to Charleston as planned we changed it up and relaxed on the island and barely left. Would definitely do it again. "

"Beautiful place. Nice decor. Very clean . The owner provided a few special touches such as black towels to use if showering after tanning products were applied, make up removal wipes, beach chairs, easy beach access. The oven also had an air fryer option, which was a nice surprise . The nearby Market Towne Center had everything we needed for groceries. Beautiful beach area. Will definitely come back again. "

"October is the best time to visit the beach. Crowds are gone, and weather is cooler. This condo has a perfect view of the beach, and Kiawah Island is one of the most beautiful places to visit. This condo was perfect for our trip to attend a wedding in nearby Mingo Point."
