Needs upkeep
The bedroom to the left had the worse squeaky mattress I’ve ever slept on. The main bedroom bathroom smelled like vomit on arrival. The code to the pool was wrong each time someone gave us a code, a neighbor gave us the correct code. There is weeds growing on the roof. Needs to be sprayed for bugs outside and a few inside. Left bedroom needs a fan way too hot with no air circulating in room. Would not rent again.

This unit was in a great location. It was a relatively quick walk to the beach and conveniently located near the Freshens Marketplace, where we enjoyed dinner most nights. The beach is beautiful and the unit was just the right size for us.

Disappointing Rental
Property needs updating. Loose outlets, peeling paint on trim, bugs in kitchen cabinet, unclean under microwave turntable, fan inoperable in den, master bath would only stay on a few minutes, cobwebs all over light fixture over table, dirty ceiling fan in den.

100% will be back!
We LOVED our stay- everything exceeding our expectations. The access into the property was so easy- in and out. The condo was extremely clean, smelled nice, well stocked for the most part with cooking utensils, beds and furniture very comfortable, etc. Our ONLY complaint was an EXTREMELY squeaky bedframe in the first bedroom! Could barely flip over in bed without waking up the entire household! I worry it may be flimsy or broken and may not survive someone who’s a bit on the heavier side… We loved the location of this property and it’s proximity to the beach. We rented bikes and it was a perfect 2 minute ride, 7 minute walk. We will most definitely be back! Thank you!

Great Getaway for Young Family!
We had a phenomenal time with us, our two boys, and the grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out and even cook most of our meals on site, all the while being about a quarter of a mile walk from the beach!

Several maintenance issues
Gas grill was filthy. Don't think it even works. No internet for our entire stay. Elliot tried to fix but never heard from him again. Dimmer switches don't work. Broken kitchen cabinet door. Broken drawer in fridge. Threshold weather stripping loose. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The condo was very worn, with cracks in the tiles, paint peeling off inside doors, paint chips all over hardwood floors. The pool was not as pictured on website, we were given 4 different access codes before one worked, pool was dirty, and closed on the third day (82 degrees out) we were there! Very disappointing! However, Vacasa staff were all nice and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.

Loved it!
We loved it. Need some lightbulbs changed, there's a fuse lose, some of the cabinets need to be fixed and need directions for tv. The bathrooms are nice. Location is perfect.

Home was not consistent with the posted reviews. Good location but home can use a deep cleaning.
The home is in a convenient location, close to pool and ocean. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy much beyond the location. The two twin mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The pillows were low quality. The kitchen was poorly stocked, making it difficult to prepare a good meal. The gas grill had an empty and broken tank which I had to take care of in order to use it. The home could use a deep cleaning, as the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and the screened in porch was filthy. Overall we were disappointed with the home. It felt as if there was very little concern for creating comfort and convenience for guests. We have rented on Kiawah multiple times and this is our first disappointing experience. We expected more for the money.
